Conveyancing for Buying a Property

Conveyancing for Buying a Property

Buying a property is an exciting journey and we are here to guide you through the process and make it as blissful as possible.

So, where do you start. First things first, you need to contact a broker or bank to get finance pre-approval. In today's financial market pre-approval can not only help secure a property but also provides you with peace of mind so you know you are covered financially. Secondly, you need to find the right property for you. Once you have found the property this is where we come in.

What is involved in the conveyancing process? Conveyancers make things simple and clarify any issues or questions that arise from the purchase process. You will need to engage a conveyancer when you have requested a contract of sale, the conveyancer will review the contract and let you know if there are any red flags with the property or things you need to be aware of. Once the contract has been cleared you can then make an offer, sign the contract and to secure the property.

The conveyancing process from here on out is simple. Once the contract has been signed and conveyancer engaged, your conveyancer will lay out the whole process for you and tell you what you need to organise, what documents needs signing, what exemptions, if any, that you are eligible for and what is required from you so that we have a timely settlement. Your focus through all this will be on your finances and getting this ready, whether you are paying cash or obtaining a loan, and of course last but not least checking your property is ok with your final inspection. Everything else we are here to help with!
