How it works:

2. 2. Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed as a minimum.
3. 3. Choose whether you want to sign your documents at our office, or have them sent to you so that you can have them witnessed yourself in your own time.
4. 4. Once you are happy with the information provided, please click Submit.
5. 5. Make payment securely via credit card.
6. 6. One of our lawyers will contact you by phone to confirm your instructions and to discuss any questions you may have.
7. 7. We will prepare your Power of Attorney as instructed.
8. 8. You sign the documents in front of an appropriate witness.

Important Note

Important Note: the information entered in this form will be used to prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney which complies with Victorian law. As long as this document is prepared and witnessed in accordance with Victorian law, current legislation allows this document to be recognised in all other States and Territories of Australia except Western Australia, where recognition must be sought separately. This means that unless you reside in Western Australia or require your Enduring Power of Attorney to have effect in Western Australia, you can use this form to create a valid and binding Enduring Power of Attorney.

4. 4. Once you/they are happy with the information provided, please click Submit.
5. 5. One of our lawyers will contact your client to confirm their instructions and to discuss any questions.
6. 6. We will prepare their Power of Attorney.

Invoicing Options

If you choose to have us deal with the client directly, we will invoice the client at our Retail Rate as per the current Referrer's Price List. If you choose to have us invoice your business, we will invoice you at the Wholesale Rate, leaving you to then invoice your client with the margin you choose. We have suggested margins in the Referrer's Price List but this is ultimately up to you.
