Conveyancing: Buying or Selling Property
Conveyancing refers to the process and legal work involved in buying or selling a property.
Whether you are the purchaser or the vendor, the team at Legal Essentials is here to guide you through the process.
Quality Legal Advice
At Legal Essentials, you will be provided advice from a lawyer, rather than a conveyancer, and all work is supervised by a Principal.
Fixed Pricing
We offer fixed pricing for all standard residential conveyancing. This fixed price covers all legal work. This gives you peace of mind going into the transaction.
Disbursements such as property searches or fees are not included in the fixed price but will be estimated to you in your Agreement for Legal Services.
Ready for PEXA
PEXA stands for Property Exchange Australia and is Australia’s online property exchange network. It assists members – such as lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions – to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically.
Legal Essentials is a PEXA member and have already successfully settled property transactions using PEXA.
