Do I need to update my Will?

You should have your Will reviewed if:

• You have married, separated or divorced since your last Will
• You have children or further children since your last Will
• You sell of dispose of any items given away specifically in the Will
• Your executor dies or becomes unsuitable
• One of your beneficiaries dies, becomes incapable, bankrupt or is party to litigation
• Your financial circumstances change considerably
• Your family circumstances change considerably

Not having an up to date Will can be worse than not having a Will at all!
